The Founder
Meet Marilyn
“I don’t paint over a face. I study it — and then I bring it forward.”
Marilyn is a makeup artist and creative working across beauty, fashion and photography. Trained in bridal and fashion makeup at Lisa Brown International Academy, she approaches every face as a study — features, skin, light, occasion — before a single product is opened.
For her, makeup has never been only about product. It is about how a look completes a picture: the dress, the styling, the photography, and the way a woman carries herself when she knows she looks like herself — at her best.
Monroe by Marilyn is the beginning of something she intends to build for years: a beauty brand rooted in artistry, honest about where it is, and certain about where it is going.
